This session will explore, through movement and dance proposals, the notion of the limits of our various borders: the border of the body, the border of space, the border of the environment, the border of others. The proposals are based on movement technique exercises, explorations, improvisations and small compositions. We will address the principle of Permaculture, which speaks of limits and borders as a space for exchange. For anyone who likes movement, with or without experience. This laboratory will be further developed in 2025.
