With my feet I find my way,
With my feet I reach my hands,
With my feet I massage the earth,
With my feet I feel the ground.
With my feet I observe my body,
With my feet I expand my senses.
With my feet I design new spaces
And with them I reach the world.

WITH THE FEET aims to reflect on individual and collective freedom in relation to nature, looking at a broad dimension of time and space. By changing my perception of my body, can I change my way of being, acting and thinking?

This project reflects on individual and collective freedom in relation to nature, looking at a broad dimension of time and space. WITH THE FEET coincides with the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of April 25, a historical milestone that evokes the experience of being free or not and the contours it takes on in people and natural and social contexts.
This is a proposal for an artistic and research project aimed at 3rd cycle and secondary school students, teachers and educational assistants, which aims to make up for the lack of practical experience of freedom by working with the body in its different dimensions: me, the other and Nature.
